Done for Interpretive Illustration, we were assigned to create a recipe for something that was part of our everyday life.
So of course I did Recipe for Daydreaming, so the recipe is as follows:
Take one bored student Add a mountain of homework Turn on favourite Broadway soundtrack (suggestion: Stephen Sondheim) Insert favourite male celebrity of the month (John Krasinski, from The Office) Close eyes Dream
I like how it turn out, I'm starting to find my own groove with mixing traditional and digital. And yes I am well aware that this looks nothing like Mr. Krasinski, I do enjoy making him look annoyed however.
....aww man I TOTALLY should have done Gerard Butler....dammit. Ah well, Gerard would have enjoyed the singing and it wouldn't have been as funny. Thanks for the lovely comments!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
